30 Day Program

Here is everything you will need for the 30-Day Program.


Step #1:

  • After ordering your nutrition program, go to the 10-Day Program schedule and follow the instructions starting at Step #2.  After you complete Day #10, return to this page for your Day #11 through Day #30 schedule.

  • Record your new weight
  • Record your new body measurements.  
  • Take another 60 Second Health Test  and compare it with your first one.
  • CELEBRATE!
  • If you are doing a program that is longer than 30 Days follow all of the above steps and continue on to the 60-Day Program page for your Day 31 schedule.
