10 Day Program

Here is everything you will need for the 10-Day Program.


Step #1:

  • While waiting for your products to arrive watch the following videos which explain the exercises that will be most often used during this program (you don't have to watch them all in one sitting).



Step #2:

  • When your products arrive read the Pure Trim booklet included with your order.
  • Pick up some snack foods that will not interfere with your results (Listed on page 30 in the Pure Trim booklet)
  • Schedule a start-day on which you will begin your program.
  • Choose a location and clothing for your before and after pictures (Try to take your before and after pictures in the same location, with the same lighting, and the same or similar clothing [preferably a swimsuit], hair style, and make up.  This will help make your before and after pictures more accurate records of your progress.)


Step #3:

  • On the day before you begin take your before picture and place in Pure Trim Booklet on page 40
  • Take body measurements and record your measurements on page 40
  • Record weight on page 40
  • Print and fill out a 60 Second Health Test and save it in a safe place for later comparison.
You are now ready to begin!

Day 11:
  • Take your "after picture" 
  • Record your new weight
  • Record your new body measurements.  
  • Take another 60 Second Health Test  and compare it with your first one.
  • CELEBRATE!
  • If you are doing a program that is longer than 10 Days follow all of the above steps and continue on to the 30-Day Program page for your Day 11 schedule.
