Welcome to the Ease Into Weight Loss blog!  Here you will find schedules for following our online program for safe weight loss, with a nutritional program based on the Mediterranean diet, and exercises from the ancient Chinese arts of Tai Chi and Qigong.

We are excited to announce that the schedules for the 10-Day program and the 30-Day program have been been finished and are now live!  We will be working on finishing the 60-Day program as soon as possible.
