Day 29:
Morning:
- Follow along with this video: 10 Min. Daily Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang Qigong) Follow-Along
- Follow along with this video: Wake Up/Cool Down, Self-Massage Qigong Exercises
- Make your morning Pure Trim Wellness Shake
- Drink 2 glasses of water
Lunch:
- Before you eat lunch go for a 15 minute walk (doesn't have to be extremely brisk, just walk at a comfortable pace)
- For lunch prepare one of the recommended meals from pages 28-29 in your Pure Trim booklet
Evening:
- Practice the Tai Chi Basic Steps exercises 1-6 and your Tai Chi Stepping Set exercises (Parting the Horse's Mane and Cloud Hands, etc.) for 20-30min. (You don't have to watch the videos if you remember the exercises) remember to take your time with these exercises, go slowly, and focus on your balance:

- Record your new weight
- Record your new body measurements.
- Take another 60 Second Health Test and compare it with your first one.
